In order to solidly promote the Action Plan for Education Informatization 2.0, the Ministry of Education issued the "Norms for the Construction of Digital Campus in Higher Education Institutions (Trial)" in March 2021, which put forward multiple requirements for the construction of digital campus in higher education institutions, including infrastructure, information security, and application services.
